1 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Honey
4 teaspoons Molasses
2 teaspoons Gluten
4 teaspoons Olive oil 1/2 cup Seeds (any kind)
2 teaspoons Yeast (active dry)

** 1 lb loaf
